I booked a SUV 3 months before my business trip, after I settled into my hotel I took an Uber here. When I arrived it wasn’t that busy or not too busy, the employee brought me to the vehicle am renting and he said it was new and he was right! No dents or no scratches as big as a golf ball. The trunk had some scuff marks on it but it is okay. The vehicles key fob key fob of the car was very slow and it seemed it needed a battery change, aside that the performance of the check in on there website is kinda fast you can book one easily. There were no dents or scratches as big as a golf ball.
From pick up to drop off, the whole experience was a total breeze!
I would highly recommend enterprise for all your vehicle rental needs. All the employees were extremely kind and accommodating to our family of 5, including 3 young children.

We rent our cars here every time we go to Vancouver because the service is great and they are very transparent with pricing. Rented here a couple days ago and had a minor issue with the car and we mentioned it when we returned the car and Mohamed fixed the issue. Mohamed was very helpful and friendly and made our experience 10000x better. He explained the problem and ensured that it will get fixed. Will definitely be renting here again. Thank you Mohamed!!
Shout out to the manager Nitesh and his staff Bal with their fast and friendly service. We are a family of four with 2 little kids. Inquiry about car seat rental services at the airport branch, and got help from Nitesh and Bal with a rapid speed. Those two gentlemen are knowledgeable, thoughtful and friendly. I will definitely recommend them to everyone who needs rental service.
Horrible experience. They don't respond to emails or calls. I rented a car multiple times from them for work. One time I ended up changing oil twice on the car, after telling them that I will do so and getting confirmation. I returned the car in July and was never refunded for the oil change. I emailed them (multiple people) 7 times at least. Very poor and dishonest service.

The vehicle was a Mazda CX9, this was the worst vehicle I have driven. Rented this vehicle for 5 days and absolutely hated it. 0 power, horrible drive quality with a constant rattling sound. The manager for this location named Josh phoned me to inquire about my experience, he agreed that the vehicle could be better - offered to e-mail me his details so we could coordinate another vehicle pickup, never heard back from him. Called the 1800 number to reach him but it would not let me connect with a representative. Absolutely horrible experience.
